Tenant Duties Upon Termination

Upon termination the tenant is to remove all his personal property of whatever nature, properly sweep, and clean the premises. This includes plumbing fixtures, refrigerators, stoves, sinks, and removing all rubbish/trash. Please make repairs and perform other acts as are necessary to return the premises, and any appliances or fixtures furnished in connection therewith, in the same condition as when the property was leased; with the exemption of ordinary wear and tear. Princeton Management is the sole determiner of “Reasonable Wear and Tear.”

Please Notify Office of the day you intend to vacate the space.

Princeton Management will have the property listed and may have showings for the space prior to move-out. You will be notified and be made aware of when this will occur.

Send Princeton Management your forwarding address.

Return keys to the office or by mail by the final day of your lease in order to avoid a rekey fee.
